Truth & Light (symbolic characters) live in “Unity Land” where everyone is happy except for a disturbing character called Snake who lives on the border of their land. Snake is an unhappy creature who questions their so-called ‘unity’, as it lives in separation from all the others and feels ugly because it does not have legs like everyone else.  Snake says “there is NO TRUTH to that.”

Truth and Light, being who they are, must get to the bottom of this.  In order to do this, they must enter the world of Snake.  They do so by taking snake poison, whereby Light fragments into many pieces, and Truth ‘forgets the truth’ and they end up in the “Land of Separation”, which is ruled by Snake.

Dance Into Unity through the Heart of Tango

Truth arrives in this new land and sets out on a quest to find her Light.

Dance Into Unity through the Heart of Tango

There she meets the character Disconnect *, who jumps up and down trying to connect letters. Truth also meets “Dreamer”, who sees Light in his dreams, and the character called “Split”, who has been long searching for Truth and is overjoyed to finally meet her as he now has a chance to find Light.

Dance Into Unity through the Heart of Tango

Together, with the Tango Dancers, whose hears are bleeding from the poison of separation and who are so much longing for connection, the group sets out to find Light.

Eventually, Truth finds her Light by her side… the dancers’ hearts are healed, Snake is freed from her very own poison as she turns into “Transformation”, a beautiful dancer who ends up freeing all the inhabitants of her land from this poison of separation and Disconnect * finally connects letters into a new symbol of a new land, which is now free from separation. Together, everyone “Dances Into Unity”.

* Adam, a boy with autism, bacame a prototype for character Disconnect in the story.
